This session reports lessons learned from the design and implementation of a statewide support system for mathematics coaches, the North Carolina Mathematics Coaching Network (NCMCN). In the session, participants will learn about the goals of NCMCN, explore the underlying design of the NCMCN, and hear from participating coaches as they share what they learned.
