About me
I taught math and coached rugby at West Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte for 12 years, I have taught with North Carolina Virtual Public Schools (NCVPS) for 11 years, and I've been a 6-12 district Math Specialist in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools for the past 9 years (I'm a district guy, don't hold that against me please!) I 100%, strongly, firmly believe We Are ALL Math People, our students our ALL math people, and we can make them believe that! Also, I'm a big Mets, Giants, Hornets, and Tar Heel fan (UNC grad), and I was named the 2023 NCVPS Teacher of the Year.
